Taming The Wild Horse:

A Talk On Moving From Fear and Agression To Calm In Daily Life

We all experience worry, restlessness and conflict in one way or another in our daily relationships. Join us for a lively and interactive evening that will examine the roots of fear and aggression in the habitual patterns of the mind, its psychobiological basis in trauma, and how mindful meditation can help us shift to a more relaxed, alert way of relating with the world.

Michael Gordon has been in the field of personal development, psychology and health for over 20 years. He is a practicing psychotherapist, has an MSc in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology, and teaches Aikido--a defensive art of mind/body coordination in which he has been involved for 17 years.
